A sojourn is a “temporary stay" or "a period of time spent in a place as a traveler or guest,” according to Webster’s dictionary. The Allure of Summer Cycling in Vermont

A warm breeze hints at summer as a visitor from Sweden pedals ahead, leading his extended family along the quiet shoreline. The most visible evidence of British influence can be seen in the gardens, architecture and pubs of Niagara-on-the-Lake, often called the prettiest town in Canada. Its charming main street is lined with unique shops, tasting rooms and restaurants.
