Pedal along quiet lanes and back roads, through seaside villages whose gray-shingled cottages are framed by white picket fences, and on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Featured during the vacation are stays two iconic New England properties. Established in 1914, Chatham Bars Inn Resort and Spa is an idyllic Cape Cod property known for its excellent service, fine cuisine, and panoramic waterfront views overlooking Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy gentle sea breezes from the inns’ Beach House patio, sunbathe at the private beach, relax by the pool, or rejuvenate tired legs with a dip in the hot tub. Golfers can play a round of golf on the well-groomed fairways and bright greens of nearby Cape Cod National.
The trip begins and ends in Boston, one of our nation’s most historic cities. Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Boston Public Gardens, and the charming North End – Boston’s Italian neighborhood – are all within an easy walking distance of our pre-tour waterfront hotel. Visit Cape Cod in spring or fall when the weather is lovely and summer crowds absent for an utterly tranquil visit.
We will pick you up in Boston and transport you to Yarmouth to begin your Cape Cod bicycle tour. Pedal along seaside lanes lined with gray-shingled cottages, past ocean views, and expansive beaches before connecting with the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Enjoy a welcome reception and dinner overlooking the harbor at luxurious Chatham Bars Inn.
Ride a lovely loop through Chatham to Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. Pass by stately homes and picturesque bays then visit the lighthouse or browse shops in town. Enjoy a private cruise across Pleasant Bay to view seals and waterfowl!
Cycle the beautiful Cape Cod Rail Trail to Eastham. Learn more about historic Cape Cod National Seashore at the Visitor Center at Salt Pond. Enjoy a beautiful walk along the picturesque salt marsh. Ride to Nauset Lighthouse and gentle bayside beaches.
Follow the Cape Cod Rail Trail to its terminus where you can sample treats at a lovely boulangerie. Pedal along quiet back roads through the charming village of Wellfleet then on to Provincetown. The Inn’s elegant rooms are surpassed only by its stunning views over the bay.
Ride the Province Lands Bike Paths and visit the Old Harbor Lifesaving Museum, the oldest life saving station in the US. Explore Provincetown’s galleries and shops or climb the Pilgrim Monument for spectacular views from 350’ above sea level.
Enjoy breakfast at the inn and a walk through town before boarding the ferry to return across Massachusetts Bay to Boston.

Reserve one of our regularly scheduled trip dates for your private group and qualify for reduced pricing. The larger your group, the lower the per person price. Gather your friends and we’ll do the rest to provide your group with a truly personalized and memorable vacation. Smaller groups can join published trips and receive reduced pricing on trips that aren’t reserved as private trip dates.
For groups of 16-18 people traveling together on a published tour date, a 10% discount on the double occupancy trip price will apply.
For groups of 12-15 people traveling together on a published tour date, a discount of 8% on the double occupancy trip price will apply.
For groups of 8-11 people traveling together on a published date, a discount of 6% on the double occupancy trip price will apply.
