Florida Bike Tour

Tour Overview
5 Day Bike Tour in Florida Keys and Everglades
Join a bike tour in one of the world’s most distinctive regions in Florida. Starting in the Florida Everglades and cycling the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail (FKOHT), the tour traverses one of the most uniquely biodiverse regions in North America.
Experience the exhilaration of an airboat ride through the Everglades, the largest subtropical wilderness in North America, and home of numerous rare and endangered species. For the next few days, the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail will guide you on the 107 miles to Key West. With the Atlantic Ocean on your left and the Gulf of Mexico on your right, the route parallels U.S. #1 to Mile Marker 0 and the southernmost point in the continental United States. Trade winter chills for turquoise seas and palm-lined bike paths. Ride through Everglades National Park, bike the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail across island after island, and roll into vibrant Key West for sunset celebrations—supported by Sojourn’s expert leaders, van, and e-bike options.
Stay in 4–5-star oceanfront resorts, and sprinkle in classic Keys experiences: an airboat ride in the Everglades, stops at an alligator farm, a diving museum, and a local brewery. You’ll have time to explore the islands—think Ernest Hemingway’s Home and the Key West Lighthouse—before a sunset cruise and a waterfront farewell dinner cap off an unforgettable week.
