Due to an increased demand from our guests looking to travel to this popular destination on an E-bike, we will be offering our pedal-assist Electric Bikes (E-bikes) in Sedona and Prescott with an option to choose a road and hybrid bike only if you prefer. (Check out the E-Bikes in our Fleet).
This hiking and E-bike trip in Sedona and Prescott, Arizona, showcases one of the most beautiful regions globally, including the renowned Prescott area, named one of Arizona’s Best Travel Destinations. Now, it’s going to be even better with an E-Bike. Cycle through Prescott State Forest from beautiful Goldwater Lake, gliding past giant Ponderosa Pines. Pedal through the striking landscape of Skull Valley (home of the annual Skull Valley Loop Challenge) along the foothills of 6,433-foot Martin Mountain. Keep an eye out for rare wildlife, such as the native javelinas. Set aside your bike to take on other adventures, including hiking the Sedona Red Rocks and kayaking the scenic Verde River, hopefully glimpsing bald eagles, black bears, and otters. Ride to Mormon Lake in Flagstaff, watching for the majestic elk who roam there. Cycle the Red Rock Scenic Byway through Red Rock State Park, stopping for a wine and cheese tasting at a local vineyard. Witness the famous Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and the Seven Warriors on hikes through the majestic Red Rocks. In Sedona, indulge in acclaimed restaurants and explore the outdoor Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, an excellent representation of the Southwestern culture.
Start your Prescott and Sedona bike tour with a bike fitting at the beautiful Goldwater Lake surrounded by breathtaking scenery and ride through the Prescott National Forest. Welcome reception and dinner tonight are at the Hassayampa Inn’s very own Peacock Dining Room.
This morning, bike through a distinctly striking landscape of Skull Valley, a famous route that plays host to the Skull Valley Loop Challenge each September. The route is filled with sights, including 6,433-foot Martin Mountain, and rare animals, like the native Javelinas.
Enjoy an early morning kayaking excursion to the Verde River. The river carves into a glorious canyon that is populated with bald eagles, black bears, otters, and white tail deer, offering glimpses of some of the nation’s most elusive creatures. Once you reach Sedona this afternoon and check into the luxurious Amara Resort, experience their premium spa or head into town to peruse the local art galleries.
Begin your day with a spectacular view of the gorgeous Red Rocks over breakfast at the Amara Resort. Ride to Mormon Lake in Flagstaff. Take in the rustic beauty and tranquility of the lake and watch the majestic elk that populate it.
Cycle the Red Rock Scenic Byway, as the unparalleled Red Rock State Park unfolds its full glory for the entire duration of the ride. Sample wine and artisan cheese pairings at a local vineyard while you take in the incredible surrounding views. Tonight, a private farewell dinner for the group will be hosted at Amara with breathtaking night views of the majestic Red Rocks.
Experience the majestic Red Rocks up close and personal as you hike to soak in the vistas and witness the famous Cathedral Rock. Enjoy a leader-hosted picnic lunch at the park after your hike. Post-lunch you will be transferred back to the Amara resort.

Smaller groups can join published trips and receive reduced pricing on trips that aren’t reserved as private trip dates.
For groups of 16-18 people traveling together on a published tour date, a 10% discount on the double occupancy trip price will apply.
For groups of 12-15 people traveling together on a published tour date, a discount of 8% on the double occupancy trip price will apply.
