- Accommodations: The inns on this trip are quite nice, but can offer more casual service than is common for Sojourn tours. The area is very rural, and these boutique locations offer authentic and comfortable service.
- Shuttle: In order to offer you the best of an area on a trip, we sometimes have to make liberal use of shuttles. On this trip, there is a 2 ½ hour shuttle ride from the Halifax to Annapolis Royal at the start of the trip. Upon tour conclusion, there is a 1 ½ hour shuttle back to Halifax.
- E-Bike: Limited number of E-bikes are offered on a first come first serve basis.
- Van support: There are a few longer ride days and you can choose to ride as much or as little as you want. Our vans are always there to offer you a break.

- Level of Riding: This is rated as an easy/intermediate trip with barely any bigger hills, but still some elevation on most days. Currently, the longest distance you can ride is 74 miles in a single day but once again you can choose to opt for as little riding as you’d like.
- Routing and Scheduling: The itinerary we provide can change on a certain day in terms of restaurant time, road closures, and weather conditions. Our leaders are fully trained at offering alternate plans and solutions. We seek your cooperation and promise to deliver the best vacation experience regardless.

This was our third bike tour overall, the second with Sojourn, and it was even better than our last tour. Great leaders, lodging, and the scenery was amazing. We had a fantastic week!I loved being able to see part of the world that I have never seen, and to be able to experience the sights, sounds, and smells on a bike is so much more enjoyable than from a car or train. The food and lodging, leaders and others in our group were all first class!
